Had dinner there on vacation. The entire family loved it!

I took my family to Paulies twice and both times I left disappointed. The first I took my wife and we ordered and salad and a pizza. The salad was iceberge lettus and chicpeas with an oil and vinegar dressing. I make better salads in my sleep. When the pizza came out it was burnt on one side and not fully cooked on the other side. There was too much sauce which was just crush tomatos and no seasoning and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. I took two bites and crust was just awful. So Okay, I wanted to give them the bennefit of the maybe and I took my wife and kids this time. Well, I think it was worse the second time. And what really ticked me off was the food they serve my kids. It was supposed to be a kid size pizza but they got was a small ball of dough with a thumb print in it with a slice of tomato and a piece of cheese. Now all I can say is this....These guys never went to New York to see how a real coal oven pizza is made. The products they use are cheap and not authentic Italian. I will never go to Paulies again.
